At Llanharan Primary School the safety of our pupils is of paramount importance to us. All staff receive regular safeguarding training by the Local Authorities Safeguarding Officers and receive update training as and when required. Furthermore, several members of staff receive a higher level of training on key Safeguarding issues.
If anyone has any concerns about children in our school, they should either raise these with a member of staff (who will pass it on to the school’s Designated Safeguarding Officer – Mrs Bethan Price) or contact RCT’s Safeguarding Team themselves on 01443 425006 . If anyone has concerns about any young person, they can also contact this number for further advice and guidance on what to do.
